How to Opt In
To receive SMS messages from Spotlite Property Management, you must provide explicit written consent. We do not send messages to any tenant who has not actively opted in through one of the following methods:
At lease signing: Your lease agreement includes a standalone SMS Consent Addendum. You must check the consent box and initial next to the text: "I consent to receive SMS messages from Spotlite Group LLC regarding my tenancy at the number provided." Consent is not assumed — the box must be actively checked and initialed.
Online opt-in form: Complete the form below. You must check the consent checkbox and click "Opt In." Submitting without checking the consent box will not enroll you.
